Gluten Free Pancakes 


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of WeDo banana flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 banana and other fruits  (to put in after mixing)
  • Topped with: Hazelnut butter, fruit, honey and cinnamon
